1. Processing times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. International shipping
We ship to many countries outside the United States. Available countries and options are shown at checkout.

6. Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)

7. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.
8. Address accuracy and delivery issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to the correct address; additional shipping charges may apply.
9. Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can assist you.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

For eligible returns, we currently offer free return shipping and no restocking fee, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Original shipping charges (if any) are generally non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, wrong or defective item).
