At PennyLane, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent returns process.


1. Return window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in the original packaging (where applicable)

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

At this time, we do not mark any items as “final sale,” so all eligible products can be returned within the 30‑day period if they meet the conditions above.


3. How to start a return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at Contact@PennyLane.shop

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return

  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label

Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first.


4. Return shipping

  • Return shipping is free for eligible returns

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label once your return is approved

  • You must use the provided label and follow the instructions to ensure proper tracking and processing

Original shipping charges (if any) are generally non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, incorrect or defective item).


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but refunds usually appear within a few business days after we process them

If your return is not approved, we will contact you to explain the reason and discuss possible next steps.

We do not charge any restocking fees.


6. Exchanges

We currently handle exchanges by processing a return and placing a new order:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please start a return for the original item

  • Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Contact@PennyLane.shop with your order number and photos, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within a reasonable time after delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

  • We will review your case and, if confirmed, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund


8. Non-returnable situations

While we do not label any products as final sale by default, returns may not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Returns requested after the 30‑day return window

  • Items sent back without an approved return request
